At Bea Dolly, ensuring your satisfaction remains our foremost priority. We are committed to guaranteeing your happiness with each and every purchase. Our return process involves a thorough and meticulous review of each returned item.
For your convenience, we offer complimentary returns within 30 days of your purchase. To initiate a return, kindly secure the items in their original packaging and send them to the address indicated on the shipping label. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product(s), we will proceed to refund the total amount, deducting only the original shipping cost, which is non-refundable. To qualify for a refund, the returned item must retain its original tags. Should the product not meet our return requirements, we will issue store credit in lieu of a refund. Please note that we cannot accept returns for partial sets or bundles.

Upon approval of the return, kindly allow up to 10 days for the processing of the refund. We want to bring to your attention that original shipping charges cannot be refunded, as these are directly paid to the carrier. It's important to mention that Bea Dolly is unable to provide refunds for orders that are lost or stolen. Lastly, purchases made through unauthorized Bea Dolly retailers are not eligible for refunds.
